Menemen

One advantage in having my daughters home is that they prefer a brunch to our normal bowl of porridge at 7am.
Kirsty made Menemen this morning: a Turkish breakfast of scrambled eggs in tomatoes and peppers. It was served with lemon roasted feta and olives. It tasted as good as it looks. It's from a Georgina Hayden cookbook - " Stirring Slowly " - which she very much recommends.
