It was a relatively calm day in our part of the country, so we took a drive to show our guest some of rural Iceland. The horses in Iceland are left outside in winter, although I heard that for some reason, they are given shelter in January and February. Some looked happy to be outside in the -8 degree weather, and others not. This one looked half asleep, but still cute!
