Looking Like A Shadow Of Myself

Or at least a silhouette. That is actually me - standing in front of the camera. Not something I care for to be honest, I am not what one could call photogenic.

Another day of trying and failing to master German. However, I did crunch my way through some tricky exercises and produced German that isn't all rubbish.

Today's word of the day was the verb schmeicheln, a word one wouldn't necessarily associate with ex Manchester United goalkeepers. It means amongst other things; to flatter, to bootlick or to be affectionate.
