MonoMonday:Speech. Never give up

Tonight I went into town to watch the cycling Criterium, the rider in the middle in the black riding suit is our own local Olympic and Commonwealth Games Cycling Representative Shane Archbold. I watched him in this 40min race plus 3 laps to finish hang on and then power away to win the race. Watching his determination was much like the Shortest Speech Winston Churchill gave to Harvard University. Churchill walked up on stage to the Lectern and said  NEVER  NEVER NEVER GIVE UP and then walked off stage.
