Splash of sunshine

A very pretty Boxing Day. Sunlight and still fairly mild down here near the capital.

A gentle wander in the fresh air was called for and, although there were squirrels and robins enjoying themselves, I chose the delicate little summerhouse casting wintry shadows.

So dreadful that we have lost yet another musical genius this year. Along with the Sky News presenters I shed tears among the smiles as they played a marvellous clip of "car share".......R.I.P. George Michael......
