Christmas Goose

A quarter goose with knoedel, the red cabbage is sitting out of site nearby. Not half bad. We were out with S's mum for a late lunch/early dinner; made no difference to her as she just had coffee and cake! Back home now with a beer, my feet up and a half-decent book waiting to be finished. Could get to like this!
