Swans...

It poured last night on our way home from the Christmas celebrations, and the rain, combined with the 48 degree (F) temperatures today, served to get rid of a great bit of our snow and ice. It felt like spring when we went out walking, & I think the ducks were enjoying the big ice melt too, as there were hundreds of them out on the water. Tom spotted the swans--they were much closer to the shoreline today--otherwise I'd have totally missed them.
On the news this evening the  weather people said they hoped everyone enjoyed the great weather today, as there's more snow on the way--what a shock!  (NOT!) Haha!
