Been Baking Bread

Yesterday I had made a lasagne for today. My Dad's cousin is over from Australia and we are eating at Mum & Dad's today. So to go with my lasagne, I got up at 0730hrs to make some bread. It has red leicester cheese and chilli flakes through it for added interest! Dad's cousin looked really well, and we tried to remember what we had done when we last visited him in 2000! Time to plan a trip back down under... it really has been too long!
