Rather him than me…….

……I hope he had his thermals on (and there was a goodly tot of something alcoholic in that brew) because it was baltic down on the seafront this morning…..the original plan for a scenic-route stroll to the Cullercoats Co-op was hastily revised to a quick trot to the corner shop!

In other exciting news:: I'm having my gutters cleaned as I type, the back off-shot 'hanging gardens of Babylon' should soon be no more!

GUTTER UPDATE:: Apparently they're now 'running like a baby's bottom' (that would be the technical term used by my gutter professional!)……hurrah!!!
