Frosty Pavement

I was up deliberately early this morning with the intention of driving to Mam Tor and in the hope of a nice sunrise. I drove in clear weather but as soon as a started walking up Mam Tor the cloud closed in and I was surrounded in thick fog. I stayed up there some time but gave up and drove down into Edale (extras) where the sun was breaking through.
As I drove back I could see Mam Tor clearing so I walked up there a second time for this shot of the ridge and a little frost. Not a totally wasted journey, just not the photo I had wanted.
