Belted Galloways

Our Wednesday Ladies' walk began in mist but as we travelled on the moors above Cragg Vale the light began to change and the sun broke through into a brilliant blue sky.    On emerging from a steep muddy lane we were confronted by these lovely Belted Galloways with a backdrop of the Calder Valley behind them.    A beautiful day, ideal for walking.
