Skeleton Tree

I spotted this tree on my way driving back from Guildford home, but via Robin and Carole's home in Horsley. My new app: "Waze" took me by a very speedy, but very countryfied, route along some very obscure backroads (single track with grass growing down the middle!) It was along here that I saw this tree in the fading light. Not sure if it is dead or has just lost its leaves for the winter. It was too dark to tell.
