Blowing the Cobwebs Away

Very sadly both Mum and Jack were unwell and so couldn't travel down to spend Boxing Day and some of the next day with us. So we decided instead to head out on a nice long walk to clear our heads and burn off some of the calories of Christmas Dinner. We walked from the centre of town and out across the farmland to Bowood, along the side of the lake and golf course to Derry Hill and back along the A4 to town. Seven and a half miles in all and feet were much in need of a rest by the end. Was so busy trying to photograph the sheep on the hillside I nearly missed this tree reflected in the perfectly still water altogether.
