Geeked out cook

Got my new Thermapen Mk4 cooking thermometer today. Kind of the Rolls Royce (the thermometer is made in the UK) of thermometers. +/- .7 degrees F accuracy. Able to measure  -58 to 572 F. Just trying to figure where I need to measure -58 F
