The elusive tooth

Can just be seen in this picture.

Gym tonight. 3 * 3 of my favourite spin tracks and then some work on the legs. What for? To beat Stony Lane that's what. Did it in 4:00 dead on Sunday and was knackered compared to 5 rides up and down in July last year with times varying from 3:52 to 4:20. No way I could match that right now. Must get fitter.
