fences make good neighbors

Two mule deer bucks came nose to nose without a scuffle because of the fence between.
The one exiting left approached the fence when he saw some females feeding along it. Then the dominant buck hopped up from his resting position, and stood his ground. The approaching buck quickly ducked his head,  lowered his ears, and went away.
