Attention! Attention!  Your brain will now go into work mode, meaning you ain’t going to get much sleep on Return to Work Eve.  *SIGH*

Went for a gentle bike ride this morning, although somehow I managed to get a Strava PB.  Lol!  My back hasn’t felt right since the run on Saturday, so I thought I’d give it a rest.  It all feels like everything is going in the right direction again.

Went to the cinema in the afternoon to see Assassin’s Creed.  A 7/10 for me, a bit hit and miss in parts.

Had some work emails today, what’s all that about?!
