Murmuration, Aqualate Mere

Last day before the return to work after the festive break.  I'm due to spend four days in training and consultancy for a forthcoming migration of software; Oh joy!.  

Spent the day indulgently with early morning and late afternoon walks.  In the end I decided to post this shot of a starling murmuration at Aqualate Mere near Newport, Shropshire, mainly due to my wife's stoic acceptance of standing around in the increasing cold waiting for the starlings to appear.
