Spent New Years Day doing something useful - finally clearing away the brush that has grown up round the fence since the summer (at the far end of the field) so I could get the electric top tape installed.  

Hard work - and it was pretty windy.  Will have to keep on top of it with the strimmer next year... joy.

iPhone 5 camera is pretty poor when the light is low (this was twilight) - planning an upgrade in a couple of months.
