When patients love too much

Showed up to work & this pile of homemade goodness was waiting! Two sisters had brought it to the pharmacy for our staff. They are such sweethearts! We are sharing it with everyone in the store since the 3 of us in the pharmacy could never eat this much (especially since 2 of us don't eat sweets) but man oh man it has never smelled this good in here!
