Heron in a Snowy Tree

We went down to the meadow today and I spotted another heron, this time perched in a tree, sitting like a statue. It was there for a long time because I didn't have a camera and had to go home and get mine. I was so glad to see it when I returned!
Grateful today...for some good football games and a new season of my guilty pleasure, The Bachelor.
