Stuck In The Mud

Today we went for a walk by the Tyne.  The tide was low and embedded in the mud banks were quite a lot of traffic cones.  .  I guess people must fling them off the bridges.  We do this walk often and I always keep an eye out for the cones - they don't seem to move and seem firmly stuck in the mud.
