Sunrise @ 08:45.  A colourful start to the day and  a lovely time with my Senior music class, who are a joyful reminder of why I am here.  Performances completed yesterday, today we exchanged New Year's "secret Santa" gifts, and then went for a walk on the plateau to enjoy the beauty that is Istanbul.
