Today I discovered I am randomly falling asleep with no warning

I know that because I'll be watching a programme and then there is something totally different on.... it happened 3 times today!!

Dad took K-dawg for a long walk.  
K-dawg decided to play in all the mud.
Then she joined me in the random napping.
