Radish, cucumber, and pine nut salad.

With mint and orange blossom dressing. ( apart from the orange blossom water - I thought I had some on my spice shelf but it was actually was rosewater so just had the zest of a clementine).

This gorgeous salad is from the book Persiana. I've made quite a lot of things from this book- the dishes are full of flavour and colour...perfect for a dark winter's day.

It was back to work for me today and I just loved the phrase ( my mother used this when we were little)
