Horse in the mud

One of the horses that live at the livery where my granddaughter keeps her horse, Basil.

The fields are on very high ground overlooking Lullingstone Park and it was very cold (2C) this afternoon. All the horses wear their thick winter blankets to keep them warm while they are outside during the day.
