I was told today at CrossFit to focus on keeping my thrusters unbroken (not putting the bar down). Well I did do as told but when I did drop the bar I split one of the small 1.25kg weight that was on the barbell.

Jen reckons it must have had a crack in it to make it break. Kel's suggestion of 'maybe you are just really strong' was much more appealing to me!
