Epictetus

Not the most adventurous again for today; but I've been dipping into Derren Brown's book 'Happy' and felt I had to record learning about the link between modern CBT practice and ancient philosophy this morning; specifically that with Epictetus.

I can't say more without getting pretentious, so I'll let it hang here.
