Winter running - so exhilarating!

Just a quick one, 20 minutes in minus 8 is enough for me. Great day off, late start morning then off to a friend's home for a Pilates session in the pool. He requires modifications so we worked on some excercises for him then i did a swim myself in the small lap pool, 1st time with the adjustable current - i loved it! Lazy lunch with him, a grocery shop and hope for a brief run. Quiet night at home, finally!
