Zumba class.

What fun! I really enjoyed my first Zumba class and I know an hour of fast dancing action did me a power of good. Lively, mainly Latin music with elements of Indian, charleston and even Scottish dancing woven into the routines.

I will definitely make this a regular Saturday morning event. It will be interesting to see how many of my girlfriends continue.
