Great Winter Run

Today I ran the Great Winter Run 5km round Arthur's Seat in Edinburgh.  I was slower than the last two years (30:43) but at least I made it.

Afterwards CyclopsJnr wanted to go for a run with his daddy, so we did 400m together.  He was thrilled!
