Buddy at the Back Door

The Budmeister was perplexed by the mounting snow and ice in the yard.
Our second major ice storm of the winter will create the usual havoc with moving about outdoors.
I'm hoping the effects will be short lived as the freezing temperatures are forecasted to rise overnight and the continuing rain will melt the ice and snow away.
I hope these are not famous last words, as tomorrow is the anniversary of my wrist fracture repair caused by similar weather!!
By the way, I am pleased to report my wrist is once again fully functional and minimally bothersome.
