Hashtag I need HELP

Since Heidi has been working her way through her Christmas lego there has been a continual commentary alomg the lines of 'there's a piece missing, i can't find a grey oner, the black threeer is missing' etc etc Today the wail ended with 'hashtag i need help'! how does she think this stuff up?This is her 'a piece is missing, the world is ending' face.
India did her first exam today and survived, i mostly felt stressed, walked the dogs and achieved a passport renewal application. The Athos came round for tea. Ive missed Jane over the hols so hardly drew breath!
