Onion honey

I drove past this field this morning and couldn't help wondering what that honey will taste like.

I left Greta Valley fairly early and headed for Christchurch where I visited a couple of friends, both of whom have had surgeries recently.  Had a cup of tea (Japanese Lime, my favourite), made sure they were happy and healthy, then headed home.

I had an appointment for this coming Tuesday but it has been postponed until Thursday - which is a great excuse for me to hit the road for a few more days.  I'll put a few loads of washing through tonight, then head off again in the morning. 

I do love the freedom the van gives me.
