  These two Monarch Butterflies emerged from their chrysalis late yesterday afternoon and by this morning their wings are fully functional and they were ready to depart.

No blip for yesterday as the blipfoto website was out of action for hours and finally returned as I was off to bed. It really is a relief having it back up and running again after an unexpected hiccup. 
A huge thank you to the people who worked behind the scene to fix the problem.

A very big thank you to everyone for the many visits, stars, hearts and lovely comments for Friday’s blip. Every time I look at the photo I feel as if the flower is dancing to soft music.
