Derelict Sunday

It's a while since I've posted something for Derelict Sunday.
I see it is currently being hosted by Serpentine. Thank you :-)

As the sign says, this one is for "the Experienced Renovator". I love it when real estate agents come up with something like that to describe a property they can't possibly pass off euphemistically.
If it's not too far gone it will be a nice house and has a lovely view over the Megalong Valley.

Today we had lunch at Wally's with a few friends. 
It was very pleasant in the garden, just shy of being too hot.
