Wow...that was a toughy.

Lang whang, Carnwath, Lyne valley, Meldons, Eddleston, Carrington, roslyn and Bush. 72miles. Then cuppa tea and bath.

Cake for lunch is maybe not the best idea.

I did spend a lot of the ride sitting on Alan's back wheel.
