If you're a viper looking to "adder" little romance to your life then it seems the Westhay Nature Reserve is the place to come.

On our bike ride this morning, we noticed that this section of the Reserve seems to have been designated as a site for very specific conservation. We cycled on discreetly, in case any snakes were enjoying a post-coital Sunday morning lie-in!

Apart from the bike ride, it's been a day of new year tidying and watching FA Cup games on tele.
