A grey day in Fife and kicking off a fitness push with a 12-mile walk around Loch Leven near Kinross. It has to be said the walk is pretty boring and to be honest whoever manages the walk should have a think about how they can make it more interesting on a dull white sky day - the odd gull doesn't keep everyone excited.
