Flowering Fruit

A little stretch here.
It is a courgette flower and while we eat them as a vegetable botanically the courgette is an immature fruit, being the "swollen ovary of the courgette flower". I hope that hasn't put you off. Apparently the courgette has male and female flowers on the same plant.
Today has been put aside to do a job that I have been putting off. So I have been dismantling a shower that stubbornly keeps leaking, stripping off the old sealant and generally cleaning it all. Tomorrow I will reassemble it and hopefully have stopped the leak.
