Something for dinner?

Well it looks like a garlic bulb, it smells like a garlic bulb and this year from my little veggie plot it actually looks like something I could cook with, unlike last years which were, lets just say......pathetic! :o) .....fingers crossed for the taste factor later.
Any good tips out there from expert garlic growers?
