My beloved Oslo - building site in fog

Oslo has been a building site for many years, and now two new huge projects have started: the new Deichman library and the new Munch museum. 

I have take a shot of the new library to the left (and Oslo Opera House to the right)

The fog and the police women on the horses added some atmosphere.
