Missed the Hawk...

...but got the tree! There is a hawk flying away on the other side of the tree and a big fellow at that. He made a pass in the garden here scattering everyone and landing in  the  next door yard, I ran outside camera in hand but he took off heading south and behind the trees. He appeared to have a rusty tail and I think it was a Red Tail Hawk rather than a Cooper's Hawk. Extra of a lucky and scared young black squirrel!
