Speaking Andaluz

Walking around Casares, one of the most stunning of the pueblos blancos in southern Spain, there was no sign of life until reaching the central Plaza de España where the entire village appeared to have congregated. Casares is core to Andalusian culture on account of it being the birthplace of Blas Infante, the father of Andalusian nationalism.
