Peña Afuera

Across the street from her store, riot police were calmly watching a protest demanding the ouster of the Mexican president (extra) for being a liar and allowing dramatic increases in the price of gasoline.  Taxis were mostly on strike again today.  She was transacting the sale of Coca Cola, cigarettes, cervezas and other essentials thru a barred and locked entrance as a precaution in case the demonstration / fiesta on the street got out of hand.
