These beautiful sunflowers were personally delivered today, gorgeous aren't they?

Quite a lazy day really, except for a bit of house chores and marinading some chicken for a BBQ tomorrow, the weather is meant to be nice?!?

J has made carrot cakes and a cheesecake for tomorrow too mmm!
May have to get out on the bike on Monday? My legs have finally recovered from Wednesday's 10 mile walk and I think the insect bite has started to go down... ;bloomin things, wish they were not so attracted to me?
