Bamburgh birthday

We had a visit to Bamburgh castle this afternoon; we looked from the outside then headed straight to the beach, which was so beautiful, so vast. We rescued a frog on the way through the dunes, took him to a big puddle/pond, and stood watching him swim away. That excitement was followed by the usual beach joy. Lily took herself off to explore, Rohan drew in the sand, Noah ran around and Luka could barely contain himself at the combination of sand to eat, sea to get soaking wet in, and the odd dog running past.
