Brace yourself!

Only outing today was to the dentist....and as it was over a year since my last visit I prepared myself for a very vigorous clean and maybe more. But all went well and I am polished, fluorided ( is that a word) and ready for the next 6 months.....phew!
The model of teeth with braces just needed a little perk up!
