Shrink wrapped Bettys

The famous Bettys tea room looks like it is undergoing some maintenance. It is currently being transformed into a futuristic looking structure with high-tech shrink-wrapped scaffolding.
The high winds today were doing their very best to rip it off again. There were some workmen to the left doing battle with the weather who probably wished they had got the job finished yesterday when it was relatively calm.
