Is Life All About Work?

Saw this job advert in Costa today, and it frustrated me greatly on two levels. One the insistence that you must be able to work ANY day, even though there is no set hours. Aren't people allowed a life? Does their life need to revolve around their job. Secondly the fact it says £7.20p/h even for under 21s it proudly proclaims. Shocking that a big multinational like Costa can't even pay the living wage.
